Payten has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016, bringing 10 years of experience to her practice . She offers full body massage, relaxation and deep tissue techniques, cupping, hot stone, prenatal massage , and soothing hot towels to enhance relaxation and create a peaceful atmosphere. Her approach focuses on providing a gentle, relaxing massage that allows clients to slow down, release tension and take time for themselves. She also incorporates stretches tailored to clients with physically demanding jobs or those who spend long hours sitting at a desk.

Payten also enjoys working with children, taking extra care to help them feel comfortable, safe, and at ease throughout their treatment. Parents are welcome to remain in the treatment room during their child’s massage

For prenatal clients, two sizes of pregnancy pillows are available to help ensure a comfortable treatment.

Outside the clinic, Payten loves animals and enjoys walking her dog, along with exploring her interests in health and nutrition, yoga, and meditation.
